THE GRAND TIPPER

One person grand piano tipping!!!
From many years of experience rebuilding pianos and having to move grands from homes to the shop and around the shop, I vowed that I would invent a device that would solve the grand piano dilemma, and here it is, The Grand Solutions Grand Tipper.
Other grand piano moving devices have been made before, but none of them truly solved the problem without being to big and heavy. They lacked the ability to answer the total needs for handling a grand piano.
Grand Solutions Grand Tipper is the first device to incorporate the ability to lift the left key bed corner for easy removal of the leg, tilt the piano over using strategic balance points, and allowing the piano skid board to come to rest on the moving dolly without heavy lifting.
The Grand Tipper can do all of this for a truly cost effective price.
Made in the USA

The GRAND TIPPER can lift the left corner of the grand by turning the hand crank.
This allows you to remove the left leg before tipping.
Now you can tip the grand to the first balance point. When the piano is at a balance point it is completely stable and safe to let stand. Notice the wheels on the tipping points. The wheels allow you to maneuver the piano during mid-tip in tight places. After you have tipped the grand to the second balance point, you can insert the moving dolly under the skid board. Unless you are using the steel dolly frame witch would be already attached.
As the last tipping motion is completed the skid board comes to rest on the moving dolly. Now the GRAND TIPPER is free to roll out from under the skid board, or be unlocked and removed from the steel dolly for easy handling.
The tipper frames slide into sockets on the dolly or the fork frame. Then they lock securely by turning the twist lock. These sockets are welded onto a strong steel frame that will hold the tipping frame steady and safe they can't fall over during tipping.

The grand tipper is made as four separate parts 1.the first or front tipper frame. 2.the second or rear tipper frame 3. the fork frame adjustable for nine foot grands 4. safety arm goes over lid to hold piano back from over tipping. witch is for peace of mind but rarely comes into effect
